 Auctioneer's Note: The online bidding will close at 11AM on
  Thursday July 13 at 11AM. The countdown for closing will be
 gin at at that time for 515 E. 3rd Avenue and will have 60 s
 econd bid extensions. This means that the bidding will close
  60 seconds after the last bid is placed. If someone bids wi
 th three seconds left\, the clock will reset to 60 seconds - 
 although I do NOT recommend this approach lest your cell pho
 ne service blink out for a second or two and your bid does n
 ot make it. If you have our bidding app\, you will receive ou
 tbid notifications in about 200 milliseconds. Once bidding i
 s concluded for 515 E. 3rd Avenue\, the countdown for 513 E. 
 3rd Avenue will go off. This is referred to as a 'cascading 
 close' format and is simply where the bidding for an item d
