Our April Real Estate Auction will close on Thursday, April 23, with the first property selling at 11:00 AM. Each additional property will close in five-minute increments until all properties have been offered. If a bid is placed with less than 59 seconds remaining, that property’s bidding period will automatically extend for an additional two minutes to allow all interested parties a fair opportunity to compete. Watch the clock closely — there is no advantage to waiting until the last second to bid. Open house dates for each property will be posted in the individual listings. Buyers may also schedule a private appointment, and licensed agents are welcome to show the properties to their clients. A 10% buyer’s premium will be added to the high bid to determine the total contract price. The successful high bidder will pay a $5,000 non-refundable deposit on the day of the sale, with the balance due within 45 days of the auction.
