Andy has been a commercial real estate appraiser since 2005, and attained the MAI designation in 2013 prior to an auction career. His experience in valuation covered most of the Commonwealth for a range of properties from vacant parcels to industrial facilities, and included special use properties such as churches and conservation projects.
