Jones, et alia, v. Mary R. Bailey, et alia, Case Number CL18000323-00, the undersigned Special Commissioners will offer for sale at public auction the Buckingham County Public Library and Community Center, at 16266 N. James Madison Highway; Dillwyn, VA 23936, on the 18th of November, 2021, at 11:00 a.m., the following real estate:

 

All that certain tract or parcel of land lying and being in Curdsville Magisterial District of Buckingham County, Virginia containing one hundred and twenty-six acres (126.44), more or less, situated on State Route 635 and State Route 633 and bounded by the land now or formerly owned by J. E. Marks and Bishop Creek.
