All items sold in as-is condition. Multiple preview times are available for each auction, and we are available by appointment should you be unable to attend preview.
All sales subject to 10% buyer's premium and state sales tax.
Cash, good check, and credit cards are accepted as payment. Credit transactions are subject to 3% convenience fee.
All items are to be removed from the building on the day of the sale. Should any bidder fail to take delivery or make arrangements to take delivery of items, items will be considered abandoned and will become property of Double A Auction & Realty.
